Frequently Asked Questions
For a standard unit renovation (1-3 x bedrooms, 1 x kitchen, 1 x bathroom, plus living areas) we usually allow approx. 8 weeks. We realise that timing is a very important consideration for all apartment renovations. Whether it’s an investment property that needs to be rented ASAP or you just can’t wait to move into your new home, we have a great track record of delivering on time.
If we are carrying our bigger or more complex apartment renovations or only renovating partial areas of the unit our installation times may vary and timing will need to be assessed.
NOTE: Apartment renovations can also take longer depending on unforeseen circumstances such as strata issues, concrete cancer, asbestos etc.
Absolutely. Reno Pack is a fully licensed & insured builder. Our NSW Builders Licence No. is 274877c and we are insured for Public Liability ($20,000,000), WorkCover and Home Warranty Insurance. We are also members of the Housing Industry Association (HIA).
Unlike most unit renovation companies that sub-contract all the trade work, most of our tradesmen are our own full-time employees. Our full-time staff are uniformed, in company work vehicles and committed to creating a safe environment for our staff, customers and the public. Our in-house trades include Project Managers, carpenters, painters, plasterers, tilers and labourers. We do use sub-contractors for some trades such as electricians and plumbers due to specialised licencing requirements, however we have been using these same trades for many years and they are a trusted extension of our team.

Our in-house Project Management and trades have been in the industry for many years and have extensive experience working on much larger structural requirements in residential and commercial projects. We have also worked with the same Engineer on hundreds of unit renovations over the past decade.
It is very common for us to carry out structural wall removals or openings so you are in good hands when it comes to planning and carrying out these works to a high standard and at a fair price.
